🌊 Package Manager – Offshore Project (Doha, China, Offshore)
Location: Doha, with international travel to China and offshore installation zones
Project: COMP2 – Engineering, procurement, fabrication, and installation of offshore platforms and subsea systems.
About the Role
Are you ready to lead one of the most complex and ambitious offshore projects in the energy sector? Saipem is looking for a highly skilled Package Manager to join the COMP2 Project – an international assignment combining leadership, engineering, and operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee full project governance: organizational, financial, technical, and contractual aspects.
- Coordinate and supervise the execution of offshore components: jackets, topsides, and connecting bridges.
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team through the complete EPCI cycle.
- Conduct frequent visits to Chinese fabrication yards and ensure offshore presence during critical installation phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven offshore construction experience, especially in EPCI environments.
- Direct experience with Qatar Gas is a major plus.
- Deep knowledge of hook-up operations and LNG project workflows.
- Strong post-order management and fabrication supervision skills.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination capabilities.
- Confident communicator, especially in client-facing scenarios.
