This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities with the key Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) account. It requires an in-depth understanding of the Earthmoving equipment industry and experience in building strong relationships with potential clients to meet the OEM’s needs. The focus will also be on defining a sales strategy by assessing market potential and driving the aftermarket and equipment sales strategy across the Mozambique region. This role will also involve assembling a strong team to generate new leads as business and market potential grow.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

New Business Generation.

Customer Relationship Management.

OEM Relationship Management.

Reporting.

Requirements

Must be a Mozambican national.

Proven sales experience in the Earthmoving equipment industry.

Strong customer relationship-building skills.

Ability to travel throughout the Mozambique region.

Proficiency in both English and Portuguese is non-negotiable.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
